BDD electrode is a new type of electrode. It uses boron-doped diamond BDD film as electrode material. It has excellent electrochemical properties such as wide electrochemical potential window, low background current, good physical and chemical stability and low adsorption characteristics.
Organic pollutants are directly oxidized on the anode surface or indirectly oxidized by strong oxidizing active substances generated by electrocatalysis. The electrocatalytic process only consumes electrons provided by the external circuit and is carried out at normal temperature and pressure.
