Product Description

Compared with the traditional Fenton treatment process, the Fenton fluidized bed has many advantages:
1. There is basically no need to adjust the pH value: The design of the Fenton fluidized bed enables it to operate effectively within a wide pH range, so there is no need to adjust the pH value frequently. The operation steps are reduced, and the consumption of chemical agents required for adjusting the pH value is also reduced. The stability of the pH value also helps to maintain the Fenton reaction and ensure the stability of the treatment effect.
2. Less sludge production: In the process of treating wastewater, the fluidized bed Fenton oxidation tower effectively reduces the sludge production by optimizing the reaction conditions and strengthening the solid-liquid separation. Compared with the traditional Fenton process, the amount of sludge is reduced.
3. There is filler in the tank, which has a wide range of uses and good effects: The fluidized bed Fenton oxidation tower is equipped with fillers, which can be selected and proportioned according to different types of sewage. This design enables the fluidized bed Fenton oxidation tower to adapt to more types of sewage treatment needs and expand its scope of use. At the same time, by optimizing the proportion of fillers, the efficiency and treatment effect of the Fenton reaction can be further improved to ensure that the effluent water quality meets the requirements.

Treatment of coking wastewater

In industrial production, coking wastewater is one of the most common wastewaters.

There are many biotoxic substances in coking wastewater. These biotoxic substances have high inhibitory properties. If they are directly discharged into the natural environment, the ecological balance will be destroyed.

In the past, biochemical treatment was used to treat coking wastewater, but the wastewater treated by biochemical treatment is difficult to meet the discharge standards of industrial wastewater in my country, and it also consumes too many economic resources.

If activated carbon treatment technology is selected, although it can also ensure that coking wastewater meets the discharge standards of sewage in my country, the economic funds consumed by the activated carbon process are too large. Large-scale use of this process will lead to high overall costs, and many industrial wastewater treatment plants cannot bear this economic consumption.

The Fenton process can effectively treat the difficult-to-degrade organic matter in coking wastewater, which can not only reduce economic costs, but also achieve good results in the treatment of coking wastewater and meet the discharge standards.

Treatment of landfill leachate

Leachate produced in industrial production is also a very common industrial wastewater, which cannot be discharged directly or simply treated and discharged.

In the landfill leachate, the most obvious thing is the high concentration of ammonia nitrogen, which also causes the serious imbalance of microbial biomass in the entire industrial wastewater. If it is directly discharged into the river, it will cause serious damage to the natural environment.

When treating landfill leachate, if the ordinary biochemical treatment process is used, it is not only relatively troublesome during treatment, but also too many steps will increase the error rate, so that the treatment effect of the landfill filtrate continues to decline, and the effect obtained is also general.

The Fenton process can achieve better results. When treating the landfill filtrate, the segmented process can effectively react with the ammonia nitrogen elements in the landfill filtrate to ensure that the water quality can reach the secondary standard of industrial wastewater discharge in my country after treatment. For some areas with high emission standards, the landfill filtrate can be treated by biochemical process after being treated by Fenton process. When the landfill leachate reaches biodegradability, the landfill leachate is treated for the second time by biochemical treatment, so that the landfill leachate can meet the discharge standards of industrial wastewater in my country, and it can also reduce economic consumption and improve the economic benefits of sewage treatment plants.

Treatment of phenolic substances

Different from the above two types of industrial wastewater, the most important feature of phenolic substances is their high toxicity, and they are also the most difficult to degrade industrial wastewater. In the past, the treatment of phenolic substances was the most troublesome problem for industrial wastewater treatment plants in my country.

The Fenton process can effectively treat phenolic substances. Since phenolic wastewater contains a large amount of different types of phenolic substances such as cresol and phenol, these phenolic substances are difficult to degrade themselves and have very strong stability. The Fenton process can effectively reduce the biological toxicity of phenolic substances and improve the degradability of phenolic wastewater. Using the Fenton process, the pH of the phenolic wastewater solution is controlled between 3 and 6 under reasonable room temperature, and iron oxide can be used for catalysis.
