The process of micro-electrolysis iron-carbon filler is a commonly used water treatment process, which can effectively remove heavy metal ions and organic matter in water and improve the effect of water purification. The process of micro-electrolysis iron-carbon filler is introduced in detail below.
Process Flow
1. Raw water treatment: The incoming water is preliminarily treated, including mixed precipitation, stirring and adding drugs to remove impurities, turbidity, etc. in the water, so that the water quality meets the basic requirements.
2. Micro-electrolysis reaction tank: The treated water is sent to the micro-electrolysis reaction tank. The reaction tank is composed of iron-carbon fillers with high-efficiency electrochemical reaction effects, reducing media, etc., and its internal structure is a porous mesh structure. In the micro-electrolysis reaction tank, the iron-carbon filler can undergo oxidation, reduction and precipitation reactions with organic matter and heavy metal ions in the water to completely remove pollutants in the water.
3. Sedimentation tank: The effluent from the reaction tank is treated with sedimentation to remove any suspended particles that may still exist, making the water quality purer, and collecting sludge at the same time.
4. Post-treatment: The effluent is treated with drugs and filtered to ensure that the effluent meets the safety standards. Finally, disinfection is carried out to kill bacteria and other microorganisms in the water, so that the water meets drinking water standards and can be directly supplied for domestic use.
