The filler has a certain interception effect on suspended solids in water. Due to the presence of fillers in the reactor, the concentration of suspended solids in the effluent is greatly reduced. The interception effect of the filler on suspended solids is achieved through many factors such as interception, precipitation, inertia, diffusion, and hydrodynamics of suspended solids in sewage. The filler is the core component of the biofilm reactor, which affects the treatment effect and operation control of the process. Therefore, it is very important to choose a suitable filler for the biofilm reactor.
The shapes of fillers commonly used before are honeycomb tubular, bundled, corrugated, circular radial, shield, mesh, cylindrical, regular granular and irregular granular, etc., and the materials used are basically glass fiber reinforced plastics, polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, vinylon, etc. except for granular fillers.
The activated sludge method currently used in large-scale sewage treatment plants can only provide a "large unified room" for microorganisms. There is no diverse spatial condition, and the biodiversity is certainly insufficient, which is prone to sludge expansion and other shock load intolerant phenomena! It is often incapable of removing nitrogen and phosphorus. Improving standards, upgrading, and expanding capacity also require large-scale construction, which is expensive! Time-consuming! Most of the fillers used in the current biofilm method do not meet the identification standards for the environment preferred by microorganisms; for example: the fiber of the denitrification filler is too thick (for me), and it is not easy to form a membrane; the pore size is single and does not have biodiversity.
Denitrification filler product introduction: Denitrification filler selects several high-quality varieties of polyolefins and polyamides that are resistant to corrosion, heat and aging, and mixes them with hydrophilic, adsorbent, heat-resistant and other additives. It adopts special wire drawing and wire wool making technology to interweave and fix the wires on the corrosion-resistant and high-strength central rope. Due to the excellent material selection and process formula, the denitrification filler has moderate rigidity and flexibility, so that the wires are arranged in a three-dimensional and uniform radiation state, and the monomer of the suspended elastic three-dimensional filler is made. The elastic three-dimensional filler can be stretched and spread in an all-round and three-dimensional manner in the effective area.
It makes the air, water and biofilm fully mixed and contacted. The biofilm can not only be evenly implanted on each wire, maintain good activity and gaps, but also obtain more and more specific surface area during operation, and can carry out good metabolism. This feature and phenomenon is incomparable to other fillers in China.
Denitrification fillers are widely used as biological fillers in biological contact oxidation tanks and hydrolysis acidification tanks. When sewage passes through the carrier reactor, the microorganisms in the water continue to attach and grow on the inner and outer surfaces of the carrier to form a biofilm. The carrier rotates freely under the tumbling of the mixed liquid in the reactor, and the biofilm fully contacts and decomposes the pollutants in the water body, so that the water quality is purified.
The tumbling of the mixed liquid and the movement of the carrier are achieved by aerobic aeration or anaerobic stirring. The MBBR biological filler process uses the basic principle of the biofilm method, fully utilizes the advantages of the activated sludge method, and overcomes the shortcomings of the traditional activated sludge method and fixed biofilm method.
In the sewage treatment process, the denitrification filler uses its own activity to make the biofilm fully contact and decompose the pollutants in the water body, effectively improving the shortcomings of the previous traditional activated sludge method and solid biofilm method.
