By fixing a special catalyst in a special reaction vessel, it is a new technology that combines the functions of homogeneous chemical oxidation, heterogeneous chemical oxidation, fluid bed crystallization and ferrite reduction and dissolution. This reactor improves the traditional Fenton oxidation method and requires only a lower dosage of reagents and a lower sludge output than the Fenton stirring and mixing reaction.

Technical advantages
By adopting this reactor system, most of the Fe3+ produced by the Fenton process is attached to the surface of the Fenton carrier in the fluidized bed in the form of crystals. The crystallized Fe3+ iron salt forms a synergistic effect with the Fenton system and is converted into Fe2+ over and over again. This can greatly reduce the amount of chemical sludge produced by the dosage of the traditional Fenton process, reduce the amount of added by more than 20%, the amount of Fe2+ added by more than 50%, and the amount of sludge by more than 40%, effectively increasing the COD removal rate by more than 10%, and saving 30% to 50% of the treatment and operation costs.

(1) This product uses porous composite materials as catalyst carriers, which have high mechanical strength and are doped with a variety of catalytic components that are not easy to lose, thereby improving the catalytic activity and stability of the catalyst. High-temperature sintering technology effectively reduces the loss rate of catalytic fillers, prevents secondary pollution, and prolongs the service life while ensuring high utilization and high adhesion of active components.
(2) This product screens the carriers and active components of catalytic fillers through a large number of tests and engineering applications to ensure that the Fenton reaction catalyst effect is continuously efficient.
