Product Description

The main function of the High Efficiency Ozone Dissolved Gas Device is to improve the mass transfer efficiency of ozone gas by changing the microscopic material form of sewage molecules and increasing the surface tension of water. This device is specially designed to dissolve ozone efficiently. In this way, the utilization rate of ozone can be significantly improved and the dosage of ozone can be effectively reduced. Specifically, the high-efficiency ozone gas-dissolving device can achieve an ozone gas mass transfer efficiency (%) of ≥95, which means that it can greatly improve the dissolution efficiency of ozone in water, thus enhancing its effectiveness in various applications. This device is widely used in sewage treatment, industrial wastewater treatment and reuse technology, and is one of the important tools to improve the efficiency of environmental protection treatment.

The high-efficiency ozone dissolving device is composed of a Venturi mixer and a series of valves and pipes, and is controlled by PLC. It not only improves the degree of automation, but also greatly improves the oxygen conversion rate. Compared with traditional aeration equipment, the oxygen conversion rate has increased to more than 90%. It greatly saves the waste of ozone generator output. All pipes and accessories of this equipment are made of 316L material, which has a longer service life and higher safety.
