High efficiency dissolved air flotation machine is mainly used for solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. A large number of fine bubbles are generated in water through a dissolved and release gas system, in which the fine bubbles are adhered to solid or liquid particles in wastewater with similar density , so that the overall density of particles is less than that of water, and the fine bubbles are lifted to the water surface by buoyancy, thereby achieving solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The sewage is sent into the gas-liquid contact reaction area of the air flotation machine by the water inlet pump. In the gas-liquid contact reaction zone, the gas-liquid mixer will generate enough microbubbles to cause oil droplets, suspended solids and other pollutants in the water to adhere to the bubbles, and then bring the pollutants to the water surface in the separation zone to form scum.
The purified sewage overflows through the overflow weir and is discharged from the outlet pipe. The scum on the surface of the air flotation machine is scraped off the water surface by the slag scraper and enters the scum pool.
Then sent out by screw conveyor. Scum can be discharged through continuous scraping, but it is better to use intermittent scraping to reduce the moisture content of the scum, reduce the amount of scum, reduce interference with the water body, and stabilize the effluent quality.
ADVANTAGES:
