I. Technical Overview
This technology integrates homogeneous chemical oxidation (Fenton method), heterogeneous chemical oxidation (H2O2/FeOOH), fluidized bed crystallization and FeOOH reduction and dissolution. The biochemical effluent chromaticity is 120-300 times, CODCr concentration is 300-800mg/L, and the effluent meets the COD and chromaticity requirements of "Water Quality for Industrial Water Use in Urban Wastewater Recycling" (GB/T19923-2005). The dosage is 20-30% less than that of conventional Fenton technology. The treatment cost is 3.50 yuan/m3.
II. Technical Advantages
(1) The core of this technology is the new FBR-Fenton technology that integrates homogeneous chemical oxidation, heterogeneous chemical oxidation, fluidized bed crystallization and FeOOH reduction and dissolution.
(2) Loading iron oxide as a heterogeneous reaction catalyst broadens the reaction acid-base range during the reaction process and reduces the amount of acid and base added; reduces the amount of iron salt added, reduces the operating cost and reduces the salinity of the effluent.
(3) The original fluidized bed system is replaced by the expanded state, which reduces the violent mutual friction between catalyst particles, reduces the dissolution of metal ions on the catalyst surface, and prolongs the catalyst life.

IV. Basic principles
Fenton fluidized bed technology is a new technology that combines the functions of homogeneous chemical oxidation (Fenton method), heterogeneous chemical oxidation (H2O2/FeOOH), fluidized bed crystallization and reduction and dissolution of FeOOH.
Its reaction mechanism includes three parts:
(1) FeOOH dissolution and reduction: FeOOH forms a complex precursor with organic matter, and releases organic radicals and Fe2+ through electron transfer
(2) Formation of FeOOH: Fe2+ catalytically decomposes H2O2 to produce OH? and Fe3+, and Fe3+ crystallizes on the carrier surface to form FeOOH
(3) Degradation of organic matter: including heterogeneous catalytic and homogeneous catalytic oxidative degradation
