The high-efficiency Dissolved Air Flotation (DAF) machine by Shandong Longantai Environmental Protection Sci-Tech Co., Ltd. stands at the forefront of advanced wastewater treatment technologies, specializing in both solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation. This revolutionary equipment generates a plethora of ultra-fine bubbles through its sophisticated dissolution and gas release system. These bubbles attach to solid or liquid waste particles in the water, which have a similar density to the water itself. As a result, the combined density of the particles drops below that of the water, causing the fine bubbles to ascend to the surface through buoyancy. This upward motion effectively separates the solids and liquids, ensuring pristine water quality and optimal environmental protection.

WORKING PRINCIPLE:

In the Efficient Wastewater Treatment Plant, sewage is directed into the gas-liquid contact reaction area via the inlet pump. Within this zone, the gas-liquid mixer produces a plethora of microbubbles, which effectively bind to oil droplets, suspended solids, and other contaminants in the water. These pollutants are then elevated to the water surface in the separation zone, forming a scum layer.

The purified sewage gracefully overflows through the overflow weir and exits via the outlet pipe. Meanwhile, the surface scum is meticulously scraped off by the slag scraper, depositing it into the scum pool.

The scum is subsequently transported by a screw conveyor. Although continuous scraping is possible, intermittent scraping is recommended to minimize scum moisture content, reduce scum volume, lessen water body interference, and stabilize the effluent quality.

UNMATCHED ADVANTAGES:

Advantage 1 of the dissolved air flotation machine: It boasts a short residence time, requires no backflow water, and occupies minimal space. The hydraulic retention time during the flotation process is approximately 20~30 minutes.

Advantage 2 of the dissolved air flotation machine: Its simple structure ensures easy operation and maintenance. The primary control parameter is the speed of the gas-liquid mixer. This system can be managed centrally from an indoor console, although the operation of the dissolved air system in air flotation is more complex.

Dissolved air flotation machine has three key advantages: 1. Low energy consumption and minimal investment. A typical air flotation machine handling 100m3/h of sewage requires just one gas-liquid mixer with a power of approximately 0.75kW. In contrast, conventional pressure dissolved gas flotation systems demand multiple components, including a return water pump, air compressor, dissolved gas tank, dissolved gas release group, and supporting pipelines. These systems not only require substantial static and dynamic equipment but also entail high investment and energy consumption.
