Intelligent integrated equipment for micro-channel catalytic oxidation combines state-of-the-art micro-channel continuous flow application technology with highly efficient electrocatalytic oxidation technology. Through meticulous engineering, it harmonizes new materials, novel processes, and cutting-edge technologies within a uniquely specialized apparatus. This integration allows for exceptional high flux and rapid mass transfer between pollutant particles while enabling high time and space conversion at low energy consumption. The microchannel in the system generates powerful oxidizing agents such as active hydrogen, active oxygen, and active hydroxyl radicals on-site. These oxidants treat complex and structurally stable compounds-including benzene series, halogenated hydrocarbons, phenols, monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heterocyclic hydrocarbons, and pyridines-present in the concentrated membrane solution. This catalytic oxidation process results in ring-breaking and chain removal, achieving complete and fine degradation of high-concentration, high-salt, and toxic organic pollutants in an exceptionally brief timeframe.
High performance titanium-based electrode
Titanium is used as the base material for both anode and cathode electrodes. The anode undergoes multiple special precision processes to coat and bake 16 layers of innovative nano-coatings, a result of our extensive research. Each layer is uniquely processed to ensure superior electrocatalytic activity, heightened acid-base stability, exceptional electrolytic oxidation resistance, stable current efficiency, and high current density. The microchannel's distributed electrode group design minimizes connector resistance, enhancing electrolysis efficiency, lowering energy consumption, and ensuring maintenance-free operation. Additionally, our composite coating structure, combining the surface active layer with the titanium base, significantly extends the anode's service life, surpassing the national standard high-quality product by more than five times.
Innovative electrode coating
Our core technology harnesses an advanced nano-coating formula for titanium-based anodes. Utilizing high-entropy alloy nanoparticle materials of noble metal salt oxides like ruthenium, iridium, tantalum, rhodium, and palladium, along with elements such as manganese and tin, the coating ensures robust bonding with the substrate. This prevents titanium electrode degradation and offers strong corrosion resistance. The nano-sized grains expose more active electrode surface areas, enhancing electron transfer under an electric field. This significantly boosts liquid phase mass transfer efficiency and processing capability, rapidly catalyzing the formation of strong oxidizing substances (·OH, SO4.-, OCl-, etc.) which react with pollutants throughout the microchannel space, making it a truly revolutionary electrode material.
Unique microchannel reactor
Our uniquely refined microchannel design ensures the dispersed continuous flow of membrane concentrates, facilitating full interaction between polluted molecular surfaces and ·OH. Achieving a COD removal rate of over 95%, our design enhances mass transfer efficiency by 10 to 100 times compared to traditional electrocatalytic oxidation tanks, while preventing the attenuation of valuable free radicals (·OH, ·O2-). Independent segment distribution of electrocatalytic plates significantly boosts spatial catalytic oxidation reaction density and efficiency. The generation of strong oxidizing hydroxyl radicals per unit area is over 1,000 times greater than standard plates. Controllable sewage flow rates from 0 to 60m3/min allow for removal rates exceeding 90% in a short time. Addressing high energy consumption and cost issues of traditional processes, our microchannel reactor improves treatment efficiency, reduces energy use by over 50%, and offers numerous benefits including economic efficiency, safety, and stability.
