The hypochlorous acid generator uses saturated sodium chloride solution, which does not require special proportions and is extremely easy to operate. It can kill bacteria with high efficiency and a broad spectrum, and has a short action time. The proportion of hypochlorous acid in effective chlorine is as high as 98.5% or more, and the concentration of hypochlorous acid (ppm value) is continuously adjustable from 50ppm to 500ppm, which is very convenient for users to use.

Can be used for food processing, livestock breeding deodorization, public environment disinfection, central kitchen pre-prepared dishes, etc., high-efficiency electrolytic hypochlorous acid generator.

 

Technical Advantages

(1) The electrolytic cell adopts a diaphragm structure, the electrode adopts a tubular titanium-based ruthenium-iridium plated electrode, and the middle diaphragm adopts a titanium-based ion membrane, with a service life of more than 5 times the national standard (the national standard is ≥3000 hours).

(2) The power supply adopts a self-developed constant current source, the electrolysis current error is within 0.1A, the electrolysis efficiency is high, and the residual chloride ion is far lower than the national standard value.

(3) The control system adopts a self-developed microcomputer system, which is fully automatic and can work continuously.

(4) The electrolysis current can be monitored in real time, and the electrolysis current can be accurately controlled through the main control board. When the electrolysis current exceeds the limit, it can automatically alarm and shut down.
