Product Description

 

The wastewater from dyes and pigments contains a series of organic compounds such as halides, nitro compounds, amino compounds, aniline, phenols, and inorganic salts such as sodium chloride, sodium sulfate, and sulfides. The pollutants are present at high concentrations, with complex compositions and high COD levels. The wastewater often contains chromophore groups, resulting in deep color and high chromaticity, and it is typically highly acidic or alkaline with a high salt content.

Traditional processes for desalinating high-salinity wastewater through direct evaporation lead to low evaporation efficiency and high costs. The evaporated salts contain a large amount of organic matter and have high chromaticity, generally classified as hazardous waste, leading to high comprehensive disposal costs.

PROCESS ADVANTAGES : 

Through the Longant series catalytic oxidation process, the advanced treatment of high-concentration, high-salinity wastewater can achieve decolorization and reduction of COD.
