WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Our advanced sewage treatment system operates as follows: Sewage is introduced into the gas-liquid contact reaction area of the air flotation machine via a water inlet pump. Within this zone, a gas-liquid mixer generates a profusion of microbubbles, which adhere to oil droplets, suspended solids, and other contaminants. These particles then rise to the surface in the separation zone, forming a layer of scum.
The purified water effortlessly overflows through the overflow weir and exits through the outlet pipe. The surface scum is efficiently scraped by a slag scraper into the scum pool, ensuring a clean and unobstructed water flow.
Subsequently, the scum is transported out using a screw conveyor. For optimal results, continuous scraping is possible, though intermittent scraping is recommended. This approach minimizes the scum's moisture content, reduces scum volume, minimizes interference with the water body, and ensures consistent effluent quality.
