Titanium is utilized as the base material for both anode and cathode electrodes. The anode surface undergoes multiple precision processes to coat and bake 16 layers of advanced nano-coatings, meticulously developed by our company over many years. Each layer has a distinct processing method, resulting in superior electrocatalytic activity, enhanced acid-base stability, high electrolytic oxidation resistance, stable current efficiency, and high current density compared to other electrodes. The microchannel distributed electrode group design minimizes connector resistance, boosts electrolysis efficiency, cuts energy consumption, and is maintenance-free. Moreover, the innovative composite coating structure, combining the active surface layer with the titanium base, significantly extends the anode's service life to over five times that of national standard high-quality products.

Innovative Electrode Coating

At the core of the titanium-based anode technology lies an advanced nano-coating formula. The coating is made from high-entropy alloy nanoparticle materials of noble metal salt oxides like ruthenium, iridium, tantalum, rhodium, and palladium, enriched with elements such as manganese and tin. This ensures excellent bonding with the substrate, preventing titanium electrode digestion. The nano-scale refined grain coating offers strong corrosion resistance, while its size enhances the exposure of more active electrode surface areas. Under an electric field, the nano-coating rapidly transfers electrons, significantly improving liquid phase mass transfer efficiency and processing efficiency.
