The iron-carbon micro-electrolysis catalyst is a multi-component catalytic oxidation catalyst developed to address the current characteristics of organic wastewater that is difficult to degrade and biodegrade. It has been awarded a national invention patent and is the Chinese inventor of a new type of micro-electrolysis catalyst. It is made of a multi-component metal alloy fusion catalyst and is produced using high-temperature microporous activation technology. It is a new type of dosing non-caking micro-electrolysis catalyst. When applied to wastewater, it can efficiently remove COD, reduce chroma, and improve biodegradability. The treatment effect is stable and lasting, and it can also avoid catalyst passivation and caking during operation.

The new micro-electrolysis filler (iron-carbon filler) is sintered at a high temperature of about 1300 degrees. It has the characteristics of iron-carbon integration, fusion catalyst, microporous frame alloy structure, large specific surface area, strong activity, and high current density. It can efficiently remove COD, reduce chroma, and improve biodegradability. The treatment effect is stable and lasting, and the filler passivation and caking during operation are avoided. Compared with the modified iron particles for steelmaking pellets on the market, the treatment efficiency of this product is more than doubled.

1. The iron-carbon filler is composed of a multi-metal molten catalyst melted at high temperature to ensure that the primary battery effect is continuous and effective.
2. The iron-carbon filler can work in a variety of scenarios, with strong activity, light weight, no caking or passivation, fast reaction speed, and long-term stable and effective operation. General industrial wastewater only takes half an hour to several hours.
3. The process flow is simple, the service life is long, the investment cost is low, the operation and maintenance are convenient, the operating cost is low, and the treatment effect is stable. Only a small amount of micro-electrolysis reagent is consumed during the treatment process.
4. It has a good coagulation effect, high chromaticity and COD removal rate, and can greatly improve the biodegradability of wastewater.
