WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The Advanced Water Treatment Equipment for Solid Liquid and Liquid Liquid Separation processes sewage by channeling it into the air flotation machine's gas-liquid contact reaction area via an inlet pump. Within this zone, a gas-liquid mixer produces a profusion of microbubbles that attach to oil droplets, suspended solids, and other pollutants. These pollutants are subsequently elevated to the water surface in the separation zone, forming scum.
Once purified, the sewage overflows through the weir and is expelled via the outlet pipe. Meanwhile, the scum is efficiently removed from the water surface by a slag scraper, directing it into the scum pool.
The scum is then transported by a screw conveyor. For optimal results, continuous scraping is possible, but intermittent scraping is recommended to minimize the scum's moisture content. This process reduces the volume of scum, minimizes interference with the water body, and stabilizes the effluent quality.
ADVANTAGES:
Advantage 1 of our dissolved air flotation machine: It boasts a short residence time, requires no backflow water, and occupies a small footprint. The hydraulic retention time during the flotation process is approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Advantage 2 of the dissolved air flotation machine: Its simple structure makes it easy to operate and maintain. The gas-liquid mixer speed is the main control parameter, and centralized control can be achieved with an indoor console, making the system user-friendly. However, the dissolved air system's operation is more intricate.
Dissolved air flotation machine has three advantages: Low energy consumption and low investment. For a sewage treatment scale of 100m³/h, a single gas-liquid mixer, typically powered at 0.75kW, suffices. In contrast, conventional pressure dissolved gas flotation cells require a return water pump, air compressor, dissolved gas tank, release group, and extensive piping, leading to high investment and energy consumption.
