Farm wastewater treatment methods:
1. Screen pool
Farm wastewater usually contains many large foreign objects, such as vas deferens, which need to be removed in advance.
2. Use manure collection tank
After passing through the screen pool, the wastewater enters the manure collection tank, which is used to adjust the water quality and water volume. A submersible mixer is installed to mix the wastewater and manure residue evenly, and a cutting pump is used to lift the manure to the solid-liquid separator.
3. Use intelligent livestock and poultry manure fermentation integrated treatment equipment
The basic principle of tank sealed fermentation technology is: put fresh pig manure in a tank sealed stainless steel container, add high-efficiency aerobic bacteria, perform high-temperature aerobic fermentation, biodegrade, evaporate water, and obtain organic fertilizer.
4. Use black film biogas tank
The black film anaerobic fermentation pond is an anaerobic reactor formed by bottom film and top film sealing on the basis of excavated * square, using high-quality HDPE material. Black film biogas chemistry has excellent chemical stability and is widely used in sewage treatment, chemical reaction tanks, and landfills. Resistant to high and low temperatures, asphalt, oil and tar, acid, alkali, salt and more than 80 kinds of strong acid and alkali chemical media corrosion.
5. Use flotation separator
Because aquaculture wastewater has certain characteristics, the concentration of suspended matter is very high, and suspension has a great impact on the biochemical system, so a flotation separation device is set at the front end of the biochemical pool to remove suspended matter.
6. Use black film biological denitrification oxidation pond
A flotation separation purification system is set at the back end of the anaerobic system, and the removal rate of suspended matter, difficult-to-degrade substances and phosphorus is more than 90%. A biological denitrification oxidation pond is set at the back end of the flotation separation as a pretreatment process for ammonia nitrogen degradation. Special photobiological bacteria and algae species cultivated in the oxidation pond are added. It is easy to operate and has a strong denitrification ability. It improves the biodegradability of sewage overall and meets the basic requirements of aerobic biochemistry.
