Product Description

Ozone oxidation catalytic technology is an efficient deep treatment method for wastewater and has become a hot topic in the field of sewage treatment in recent years. Compared to ozone used as a standalone oxidant, ozone in the presence of a catalyst forms hydroxyl radicals (·OH) that react with organic compounds at a higher rate and with stronger oxidation, allowing for the oxidation of almost all organic substances. The catalyst utilizes the strong oxidative properties of ozone to directly oxidize organic compounds in water into CO2 and H2O, or to decompose large organic molecules into smaller ones, making them easier to degrade.

Application Areas
1.Composite porous high-strength silicon-aluminum catalytic carriers are designed to uniformly support and prevent the loss of catalytic components, enhancing the stability of the catalyst. The carrier is prepared using a special process, resulting in high mechanical strength and long service life.

2. Carefully selected catalyst carriers and active components, using transition metals, rare metals, and rare earth metals as effective catalytic components, ensure consistently high efficiency of ozone oxidation.

3. Multiple catalytic components improve the catalyst's adaptability to different types of wastewater while enhancing catalytic activity.

4. Catalytic fillers are non-consumable and do not require regular replenishment.

5. Catalysis of ozone self-decomposition in water increases the concentration of hydroxyl radicals (·OH) in the water, thus improving the ozone oxidation effect. 
The oxidation efficiency is 2 to 4 times higher than that of pure ozone oxidation.

6. Reduces activation energy or alters the reaction pathway to achieve deep oxidation and maximize the removal of organic pollutants.

1 . Industrial wastewater such as chemical wastewater, dye wastewater, aquaculture wastewater, and pharmaceutical wastewater.

4.  Upgrading of biochemical effluent standards.

Precautions for use
1. Inlet pH range: 6.0-9.0.
2. No oil and grease present in the inlet water.
3. Suspended solids in the inlet water should be less than 10 mg/L.
4. Total hardness and alkalinity in the inlet water combined should be less than 1500 mg/L.
