Titanium, utilized as the base material for both anode and cathode electrodes, undergoes a series of meticulous precision processes. The anode is coated and baked with 16 layers of proprietary nano-coatings developed over the years. Each layer is uniquely processed to enhance electrocatalytic activity, acid-base stability, and electrolytic oxidation resistance. This ensures stable current efficiency and high current density. The innovative design of the distributed electrode group within the microchannel minimizes connector resistance, boosts electrolysis efficiency, lowers energy consumption, and eliminates the need for maintenance. Moreover, the advanced composite coating structure, merging the surface active layer with the titanium base layer, extends the anode's service life to more than five times that of the national standard high-quality product.

Unique Microchannel Reactor

Our exclusive micro-channel refined design ensures the continuous dispersed flow of membrane concentrate and complete reaction of polluted molecular electrode surfaces with ·OH. The COD removal rate surpasses 95%, with mass transfer efficiency 10 to 100 times higher than traditional electrocatalytic oxidation tanks. This design prevents the attenuation of valuable strong oxidizing free radicals (·OH, ·O2-). Independently segmented electrocatalytic plates within the microchannel enhance the density and efficiency of spatially effective catalytic oxidation reactions. The generation area of strong oxidizing hydroxyl radicals is over 1,000 times greater than that of conventional plates.
