Product Description

 

The high-efficiency ozone dissolved gas device is composed of a Venturi mixer and a series of valves and fittings, and is controlled by PLC. It not only improves the degree of automation, but also greatly improves the oxygen conversion rate. Compared with traditional aeration equipment, the oxygen conversion rate is increased to more than 90%. This greatly saves the waste of ozone generator output. All pipes and accessories of this equipment are made of 316L material, which has a longer service life and higher safety.

Technology of high efficiency catalytic oxidation of ozone

Catalytic ozone oxidation (OZO) is an efficient advanced wastewater treatment technology and has become a hot topic in the field of wastewater treatment in recent years. Compared with ozone as a single oxidant, ozone formed under the action of catalyst has a higher reaction rate with organic matter and stronger oxidation, which can oxidize almost all organic matter. Catalysts can use the strong oxidation of ozone to directly oxidize organic matter in water to CO2 and H2O, or decompose large organic molecules into small molecules, so that it is easier to be degraded.

Technological advantage of

(1) The composite porous high-strength silica-aluminum catalytic carrier is not easy to lose the catalytic components, improving the stability of the catalyst. The carrier is prepared by special preparation technology, which has high mechanical strength and long service life.

(2) Carefully screen the carrier and active component of the catalytic filler, and use transition metals, rare metals and rare earth metals as effective catalytic components to ensure continuous and efficient ozone oxidation efficiency.
