WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Our advanced air flotation machinery transforms sewage treatment by directing wastewater into the gas-liquid contact reaction zone. Here, our high-efficiency gas-liquid mixer generates microbubbles that effectively attract oil droplets, suspended solids, and other pollutants. These contaminants adhere to the bubbles and are transported to the water surface in the separation zone, forming a layer of scum.
Purified water overflows through a precision-engineered overflow weir and is discharged seamlessly from the outlet pipe. Meanwhile, the surface scum is expertly removed by our slag scraper, directing it into the scum pool.
Subsequently, the scum is efficiently conveyed out by a screw conveyor. While continuous scraping is possible, intermittent scraping is recommended to minimize the moisture content, reduce scum volume, and enhance effluent quality stability.
