Intelligent integrated equipment for micro-channel catalytic oxidation integrates micro-channel continuous flow application technology and efficient electrocatalytic oxidation technology. Through fine design, it integrates new materials, new processes and new technologies with unique special new equipment, which can achieve high flux, high speed mass transfer between pollutant particles and high time and space conversion with low energy consumption. Strong oxidizing substances such as active hydrogen, active oxygen, and active hydroxyl radicals are produced in situ in the microchannel, and complex components such as structurally stable benzene series, halogenated hydrocarbons, phenols, monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heterocyclic hydrocarbons, pyridines and so on in the concentrated membrane solution are treated by catalytic oxidation to achieve ring breaking and chain removal. High Performance Titanium-Based Electrode
Titanium serves as the foundation for both anode and cathode electrodes. The anode surface undergoes a meticulous multi-step process, featuring 16 layers of innovative nano-coatings, meticulously developed over the years by our company. Each layer is uniquely processed to achieve unparalleled electrocatalytic activity, superior acid-base stability, electrolytic oxidation resistance, stable current efficiency, and exceptional current density. The distributed electrode group design within the microchannel minimizes connector resistance, enhancing electrolysis efficiency, reducing energy consumption, and offering maintenance-free operation. Furthermore, our groundbreaking composite coating structure, which merges the active surface layer with the titanium base, significantly extends the anode's service life to over five times that of the national standard high-quality product.
Innovative Electrode Coating
The core of our titanium-based anode technology lies in an advanced nano-coating formula. This coating integrates high-entropy alloy nanoparticle materials of noble metal salt oxides, including ruthenium, iridium, tantalum, rhodium, and palladium, with elements like manganese and tin. The exceptional bonding with the substrate prevents the titanium electrode from degradation. The nano-refined grain coating provides robust corrosion resistance and increases the exposure of active electrode surface areas. Under an electric field, the nano-coating facilitates rapid electron transfer, significantly boosting liquid phase mass transfer efficiency and processing performance. This enables quick catalysis of potent oxidizing substances (·OH, SO4.-, OCl-), initiating oxidation reactions with pollutants throughout the microchannel space, resulting in a truly revolutionary electrode material.
Unique Microchannel Reactor
Our unique microchannel design enables the dispersed continuous flow of membrane concentrates, ensuring thorough interaction between polluted molecules and ·OH on the electrode surface. Achieving a COD removal rate exceeding 95%, our system enhances mass transfer efficiency 10 to 100 times more than traditional electrocatalytic oxidation tanks. The microchannel design mitigates the decay of valuable strong oxidizing free radicals (·OH, ·O2-), while allowing independent segment distribution of electrocatalytic plates. This significantly boosts the density and efficiency of spatial catalytic oxidation reactions, with the generated strong oxidizing hydroxyl radicals being over 1,000 times more concentrated than those from ordinary plates. The sewage flow rate can be regulated from 0 to 60m3/min, attaining a removal rate above 90% swiftly. This reactor addresses high energy consumption and cost issues inherent in traditional electrocatalytic processes, enhancing sewage treatment efficiency, reducing energy consumption by over 50%, and offering excellent economic, safety, and stability advantages.
