Our high-efficiency dissolved air flotation machine is expertly engineered for unparalleled performance in solid-liquid and liquid-liquid separation. Utilizing an advanced dissolved and release gas system, the machine generates a multitude of ultra-fine bubbles within the water. These micro-bubbles adhere to solid or liquid particles present in the wastewater, closely matching their density. As a result, the collective density of these particles becomes lighter than water, allowing them to be effortlessly lifted to the surface by buoyancy forces. WORKING PRINCIPLE:
Our Innovative Water Treatment Plant for Solid Liquid and Liquid Liquid Separation utilizes advanced air flotation technology. Sewage is directed into the gas-liquid contact reaction area by the water inlet pump. Here, the gas-liquid mixer produces thousands of microbubbles, allowing oil droplets, suspended solids, and other pollutants to cling to the bubbles. These pollutants are then lifted to the surface in the separation zone, forming a layer of scum.
Once purified, the clean effluent flows over the overflow weir and exits via the outlet pipe. The surface scum is efficiently removed by a slag scraper, depositing it into the scum pool for further handling.
The collected scum is then transported away by a screw conveyor. Continuous scraping is effective; however, intermittent scraping is recommended to lower the moisture content of the scum, minimize scum volume, reduce water interference, and stabilize effluent quality.

The operation is controlled by adjusting the speed of the gas-liquid mixer, with a centralized console that can be installed indoors for ease of use. While managing the dissolved air system in flotation can be complex, our machine simplifies the process.
Dissolved air flotation machine has three advantages: It features low energy consumption and requires minimal investment. For instance, treating sewage at a scale of 100m3/h typically needs only one gas-liquid mixer, using approximately 0.75kW of power. In contrast, a conventional pressure dissolved gas flotation system includes multiple components like a return water pump, air compressor, dissolved gas tank, and more, leading to higher investment and energy consumption.
