Product Description

 

Membrane dope has the characteristics of high salt, high COD, high ammonia nitrogen, and high organic matter, which is a problem that enterprises need to solve urgently. The reverse osmosis membrane concentrate treatment process developed by Longantai with microchannel intelligent multi-catalytic reactor as the core can achieve high flux, high-speed mass transfer between pollutant particles, high time and space conversion, and achieve ring breaking and dechaining with low energy consumption. It can achieve thorough and precise degradation of high-concentration, high-salt, and toxic organic pollutants in a very short time. The effluent can be directly evaporated and desalted, the distilled condensed water can be reused, and the crystallized salt meets the standard of industrial salt by-products. This process does not require the addition of redox agents, does not produce sludge, and has no secondary pollution. It is a clean treatment method and an environmentally friendly technology.
