2.Ozone catalytic oxidation reactor
The ozone catalytic oxidation reactor is mainly composed of the reactor main shell, proprietary tower components and proprietary ozone catalyst filler. The proprietary tower components achieve efficient mixing of ozone gas and wastewater, combined with the patented ozone catalyst series products developed by our company, to improve the utilization rate of ozone.
3. Electrocatalytic Advanced Oxidation
BDD electrodes can effectively degrade pollutants in various types of organic wastewater, such as organic wastewater from pharmaceutical/pesticide chemicals, petrochemicals, coking, smelting, printing and dyeing, papermaking, leather making, explosives, wine making, and landfill leachate.
(1) Phenols and their derivatives, such as phenol, mainly come from petrochemical companies;
(2) Pharmaceutical intermediates, such as 17β-estradiol, mainly come from pharmaceutical chemical companies;
(3) Dyes and pigments, such as methyl orange, mainly come from printing and dyeing factories;
(4) Herbicides and pesticides, such as chlorsulfuron, mainly come from pesticide manufacturers;
(5) Surfactants, such as car wash wastewater.
4. Fenton Advanced Oxidation
By adopting this reactor system, most of the Fe3+ produced by the Fenton process is attached to the surface of the Fenton carrier in the fluidized bed in the form of crystals. The crystallized Fe3+ iron salt forms a synergistic effect with the Fenton system and is converted into Fe2+ over and over again. This can greatly reduce the amount of chemical sludge produced by the dosage of the traditional Fenton process, reduce the amount of H2O2 added by more than 20%, the amount of Fe2+ added by more than 50%, and the amount of sludge by more than 40%, effectively increasing the COD removal rate by more than 10%, and saving 30% to 50% of the treatment and operation costs.
