High Performance Titanium-Based Electrode
Titanium is utilized as the foundational material for both anode and cathode electrodes. The anode's surface undergoes multiple precision processes to meticulously coat and bake 16 layers of revolutionary nano-coatings, a breakthrough developed by our company over many years. Each layer's process varies, endowing the electrode with superior electrocatalytic activity, exceptional acid-base stability, and resistance to electrolytic oxidation. Our unique microchannel refined design ensures the continuous dispersed flow of membrane concentrate and thorough reaction of polluted molecular electrode surfaces with ·OH. This design achieves a COD removal rate exceeding 95% and a mass transfer efficiency 10 to 100 times higher than traditional electrocatalytic oxidation tanks. It prevents the attenuation of valuable strong oxidizing free radicals (·OH, ·O2-). The microchannel configuration allows independent segment distribution of electrocatalytic plates, significantly enhancing the density and efficiency of spatially effective catalytic oxidation reactions.
