Product Description

Product Advantages

a. High treatment efficiency: The Fenton process can efficiently remove a variety of organic pollutants in a short time. It has strong oxidation ability, and the hydroxyl radicals (·OH) produced have extremely high reactivity and can quickly degrade a variety of organic matter, including difficult-to-degrade organic matter.

b. Wide range of applications: The Fenton process is suitable for the treatment of various types of organic wastewater, such as coking wastewater, landfill leachate, printing and dyeing wastewater, pesticide wastewater and other high-concentration, difficult-to-degrade and toxic and harmful industrial organic wastewater. In addition, it can also be used for deep treatment of difficult-to-degrade organic matter remaining in wastewater after physical, chemical and biochemical treatment.

c. Relatively low cost: Although the cost of hydrogen peroxide is high, the Fenton process requires fewer chemicals and the overall treatment cost is relatively low. In addition, the initial cost of the Fenton process is also low, about 1/3 to 1/4 of the cost of traditional biological treatment systems.
d. Environmentally friendly: The wastewater treated by the Fenton process does not produce toxic byproducts and is environmentally friendly. In contrast, other chemical treatment methods such as sodium hypochlorite may produce toxic substances such as chlorinated organic matter.

e. Flexible operation: The Fenton process has great operational flexibility and can adjust operating conditions according to the quality of the influent water to improve treatment efficiency. This is difficult to achieve with traditional biological treatment methods.

f. Small footprint: Due to the short reaction time of the Fenton process (about 0.5 to 2 hours), the required reaction tank volume is small, thus saving floor space.
