High performance titanium based electrode

Titanium is used as the base material of the anode and cathode electrodes. The surface of the anode undergoes multiple special precision processes to coat and bake 16 layers of new nano-coatings developed by our company for many years. The processing methods of each layer are different, and it has better electrocatalytic activity than other electrodes. , higher acid-base stability, electrolytic oxidation resistance, stable current efficiency, and high current density. The design of the distributed electrode group in the microchannel is more reasonable, which reduces the resistance on the connectors, improves the electrolysis efficiency, reduces energy consumption, and is maintenance-free. In addition, the innovative composite coating structure combining the surface active layer and the titanium base layer greatly improves the service life of the anode, which is more than five times that of the national standard high-quality product.

Innovative electrode coating

The core technology of the titanium-based anode is an advanced nano-coating formula. The coating uses high-entropy alloy nanoparticle materials of noble metal salt oxides such as ruthenium, iridium, tantalum, rhodium, and palladium added with elements such as manganese and tin, and is combined with the substrate. The force is very good, preventing the titanium electrode from being digested. The nano-scale refined grain coating has strong corrosion resistance. The nano-scale size enhances the exposure of more electrode surface active areas. Under the action of an electric field, the surface nano-coating can realize the rapid transfer of electrons, greatly improve the liquid phase mass transfer efficiency and processing efficiency, and can quickly catalyze the production of abundant strong oxidizing substances (·OH, SO4.-, OCl-, etc.) , oxidation reactions occur with pollutants everywhere in the microchannel space, realizing a truly innovative electrode material.

Unique microchannel reactor

The unique micro-channel refined design realizes the dispersed continuous flow of the membrane concentrate and the full reaction of the polluted molecular electrode surface with ·OH. The COD removal rate can reach more than 95%, and the mass transfer efficiency is 10 to 100 times that of the traditional electrocatalytic oxidation tank. Above, the attenuation of valuable strong oxidizing free radicals (·OH, ·O2-) is avoided; the microchannel design allows the electrocatalytic plates to be distributed independently in segments, greatly improving the density and efficiency of the spatially effective catalytic oxidation reaction, unit The area of strong oxidizing hydroxyl radicals generated is more than 1,000 times that of ordinary plates; the sewage flow rate can be controlled from 0 to 60m3/min, and the removal rate can reach more than 90% in a short time. The microchannel reactor fundamentally solves the problems of high energy consumption and high cost of traditional electrocatalytic processes, improves the efficiency of sewage treatment, reduces energy consumption by more than 50%, and has many advantages such as good economy, safety, and stability. In addition, automated control facilitates data traceability and quality control requirements.
