Intelligent integrated equipment for micro-channel catalytic oxidation integrates micro-channel continuous flow application technology and efficient electrocatalytic oxidation technology. Through fine design, it integrates new materials, new processes and new technologies with unique special new equipment, which can achieve high flux, high speed mass transfer between pollutant particles and high time and space conversion with low energy consumption. Strong oxidizing substances such as active hydrogen, active oxygen, and active hydroxyl radicals are produced in situ in the microchannel, and complex components such as structurally stable benzene series, halogenated hydrocarbons, phenols, monocyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, heterocyclic hydrocarbons, pyridines and so on in the concentrated membrane solution are treated by catalytic oxidation to achieve ring breaking and chain removal. Advanced Titanium-Based Electrode
Crafted with precision, our electrodes employ titanium as the foundational material, meticulously coated and baked with 16 layers of proprietary nano-coatings developed over years of research. Each layer undergoes a unique processing method, enhancing electrocatalytic activity, acid-base stability, and resistance to electrolytic oxidation. The advanced design of the distributed electrode group within the microchannel significantly reduces connector resistance, boosting electrolysis efficiency, lowering energy consumption, and requiring zero maintenance. Furthermore, the innovative composite coating structure, combining an active surface layer with the titanium base, ensures anode longevity that surpasses national standards by over five times.
Innovative Electrode Coating
Our titanium-based anode technology features a cutting-edge nano-coating formula. This coating integrates high-entropy alloy nanoparticles from noble metal salts like ruthenium, iridium, tantalum, rhodium, and palladium, enhanced with elements such as manganese and tin. This unique composition ensures excellent adhesion to the substrate, preventing degradation of the titanium electrode. The nano-sized grains offer superior corrosion resistance and significantly increase the surface active area. Under an electric field, the nano-coating transfers electrons efficiently, enhancing liquid phase mass transfer and processing rates. Rapidly producing strong oxidizing agents (·OH, SO4.-, OCl-), it effectively oxidizes pollutants in the microchannel, embodying a truly innovative electrode material.
Unique Microchannel Reactor
Our distinctive microchannel design ensures continuous dispersed flow of membrane concentrate, facilitating comprehensive reactions between pollutants and ·OH on the electrode surface. Achieving a COD removal rate exceeding 95%, the mass transfer efficiency is magnitudes higher than traditional tanks. This design mitigates the degradation of valuable free radicals (·OH, ·O2-), and allows independent distribution of electrocatalytic plates, optimizing spatial catalytic reactions. Capable of controlling sewage flow rates from 0 to 60m³/min, it achieves over 90% removal rates swiftly. The reactor addresses traditional electrocatalytic drawbacks, reducing energy consumption by more than 50% and offering economic, safe, and stable operation. Automated controls enhance data traceability and quality management.
