The High Efficiency Dissolved Air Flotation Machine stands at the pinnacle of wastewater treatment technology, meticulously designed for unparalleled solid-liquid or liquid-liquid separation. Through an advanced dissolved and release gas system, this state-of-the-art machine generates a multitude of ultra-fine bubbles, seamlessly integrating with solid or liquid particles in wastewater. By adhering to particles with similar density, the fine bubbles reduce the overall particle density, causing them to buoyantly rise to the water's surface. WORKING PRINCIPLE:
The sewage is directed into the gas-liquid contact reaction area of the air flotation machine via the water inlet pump. Within this zone, the gas-liquid mixer creates an abundance of microbubbles. These microbubbles bind to oil droplets, suspended solids, and various other pollutants, lifting them to the surface in the separation zone where they form a layer of scum.
The purified water then overflows through the weir and is discharged from the outlet pipe. Concurrently, the scum on the surface is efficiently scraped off by the slag scraper and funneled into the scum pool.
From the scum pool, the scum is transported by a screw conveyor. While continuous scraping is an option, intermittent scraping is preferable as it reduces the moisture content and volume of the scum, minimizes water body interference, and stabilizes the effluent quality.
ADVANTAGES:
Advantage 1 Short residence time, no backflow water, and minimal footprint characterize the dissolved air flotation machine. The hydraulic retention time during flotation is approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
Advantage 2 The dissolved air flotation machine boasts a simple structure, making operation and maintenance straightforward. The primary control parameter is the gas-liquid mixer speed, and its console can be centrally controlled indoors. However, the operation of the dissolved air system is more intricate.
Advantage 3 Low energy consumption and investment. For a sewage treatment scale of 100m3/h, typically only one gas-liquid mixer with a power of about 0.75kW is needed. Traditional pressure dissolved gas flotation systems require numerous components like return water pumps, air compressors, dissolved gas tanks, and release groups, leading to higher investment and energy consumption.
