Product Description

 

Dye/pigment wastewater contains a series of organic compounds such as halides, nitro compounds, amino compounds, anilines, phenols and other inorganic salts such as sodium chloride, sodium sulfate and sulfide. The pollutant concentration is high, the composition is complex, the COD is high, and many Contains chromogenic groups, deep color, large chroma, strong acidity and alkalinity, and generally has a high salt content. The traditional process of direct evaporation and desalination of high-salt wastewater will cause problems such as low evaporation efficiency and high cost. The evaporated salt contains a large amount of organic matter and has a large color. It is generally regarded as hazardous waste and has high comprehensive disposal costs.

Advantages

The high-concentration and high-salt wastewater is deeply treated through the Longantai series of catalytic oxidation processes to remove color and reduce COD. After treatment, the evaporated water is colorless and transparent, with high purity and can be directly reused; the evaporated salt is white , high purity, and can be reused in the production end of the enterprise to achieve zero emission recycling.
